Founded with an abundance of love for those seeking mental health support and healing, Nashville Integrative Therapy Co brings together traditional psychotherapy and holistic wellness practices under the leadership of Dr. Megan Fowler.

Our clinically impactful team specializes in prenatal and postpartum mental health, parenting stress, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, trauma, and life transitions. We believe in treating the whole person through evidence-based practices tailored to your individual needs.

Dr. Megan Fowler

Dr. Megan Fowler, LCSW

Founder & Clinical Director

Education & Training: Dr. Fowler received her Doctorate in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and her Masters in Social Work from New York University.

Clinical Experience: Prior to private practice, Dr. Fowler worked as a hospital social worker, providing trauma-informed services to children and families coping with medical and mental illnesses.

Specializations: Prenatal and postpartum mental health, parenting stress, anxiety, depression, and chronic illness.

Therapeutic Approach: Integrates CBT, EFT, and Attachment Theory with a strengths-based approach.

Published Research: "A Correlational Study Regarding the Impact of Maternal and Infant Characteristics on Maternal-Infant-Attachment in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit" (University of Pennsylvania, 2024)
