Founder & Clinical Director
Education & Training: Dr. Fowler received her Doctorate in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and her Masters in Social Work from New York University.
Clinical Experience: Prior to private practice, Dr. Fowler worked as a hospital social worker, providing trauma-informed psychosocial support and concrete resources for families and children coping with acute and chronic illness. She also has several years experience as a school social worker and is a professor for the University of Tennessee's Masters of Social Work program.
Specializations: Prenatal and postpartum mental health, parenting stress, anxiety, depression, and chronic illness.
Therapeutic Approach: Integrates CBT, EFT, and Attachment Theory with a strengths-based approach.
